These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.amayinteriors.com and any product, consultation, quotation, installation or after-sales service provided by Amay Interiors, located at 8-4-369/100, Banjara Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad – 500 018, Telangana. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide premium interior design, window blinds, wallpapers, curtains, flooring, wall décor, glass films, sofas, recliners and headboards, together with related consultation, measurement, delivery and installation services in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations

  • Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Prices are inclusive of standard installation unless stated otherwise; GST is charged extra at applicable rates.
  • Any change in scope, material or site condition may revise the quoted price.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only on receipt of a signed quotation and the agreed advance (typically 70%).
  • The balance is payable before or on completion of installation.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, cheque and major cards. Cash payments are subject to applicable Indian tax law.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary due to material lead times, force majeure or site readiness.
  • Customer must provide safe, clean and unobstructed site access on the scheduled installation date.
  • Any storage, hoist or re-visit charges due to site unavailability will be billed at actuals.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Custom-made products (blinds, curtains, upholstered furniture, headboards, printed wallpapers) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

Each product carries a written manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years, plus a 1-year workmanship warranty on installation. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water-logging or unauthorised repairs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, designs, logos, mood-boards and brand marks — is the property of Amay Interiors and protected under Indian copyright law. No part may be reproduced without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or databases.
  • Scrape, mirror or republish our content without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
